Resource Centre - Dumfries

We work closely with communities to deliver mental health support to ensure that no one is left behind in some of the most rural areas of the region. Our resource centre in Dumfries provides a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where people can socialise and complete skills to improve their confidence and wellbeing while taking part in various activities.
